LeaderShape was founded in 2017. What started as an idea between two friends and colleagues has thrived to become a “must watch” disruptor in  the field of leadership development. So far we’ve supported more than 50 clients on four continents, and across eight industries.​

Terry is all about making a difference. He kick started his career in Senior HR & Business Management in Australia prior to spending the next 20 years driving growth in Asia, Middle East & Europe.

His experience lends itself brilliantly to large-scale cultural change & executive development programs and his natural style is in demand as a 1:1 executive coach.

Previously, he was a SVP for Learning & Performance at TTEC and Managing Partner at rogenSi. He is a NLP Master Practitioner & co-author of DRIVERS– Strategy Execution Made Easy.


Glenn loves getting into the detail and helps our clients execute their strategies & goals. From product launches to transformation projects he has a bias-to-action, using his global experience in consulting, organisational strategy & executive leadership roles to drive results.

Previously, he was a SVP for Learning & Performance at TTEC and Managing Partner at rogenSi. He is a regular conference speaker & host & co-author of DRIVERS – Strategy Execution Made Easy.
